How to overcome laziness

 


1. Find a strong reason why you shouldn't be lazy 



2. Keep things away from you that make you lazy. 



For example, if you have a habit of scrolling your phone for a long time, use Locker App and keep your phone locked for a while


3. Remember that because you are lazy you have to miss out on many things in life



4. Make small efforts to keep yourself active. 


For example, try to wake up 15 minutes earlier than your usual morning wake up time



5. Quit habits that make you lazy 

For example smoking, taking too much alcohol, not sleeping on time
