How to overcome fear
1. If your body is strong then your mind will be strong so do 20-30 mins workout daily and eat healthy
2. Visualize whatever scares you as if it were happening to you and it will take your fear away
3. Do something that scares you
4. If a situation makes you nervous, say 3 2 1 and face it immediately
5. Take a deep breath once in a fearful situation
