How to be self controlled?

 Why should we be self-controlled?


Everyone has goals in life and when we try to achieve them, we can be distracted by various things. Self-control is essential if we want to avoid getting distracted by it



1. Exercise


Do 15-30 minutes of exercise daily and 8 hours of sleep is important 



2. Think about your goals often



3. Make time for important things



4. If something tempts you, don't be there
