How to develop your self esteem

1. One is high self esteem




2. Low self-esteem



Notice how your thoughts are about you


Is it positive? 

Is it negative?


If it is positive then you are a person with high self esteem If negative, you are a person with low self-esteem


How to fix low self esteem?


Find out what is causing your low self esteem Try to fix it


(e.g. Lose your weight if you are overweight or look fat)


Plan and fix your low self-esteem, try step by step, nothing happens overnight, so keep trying.
