Ways to improve the quality of your sleep
An adult needs 7-8 hours of sleep so when we sleep various changes happen in our body, sleep gives rest to our body and mind so that our body and mind can give performance for the next day.

2. Make sure your bedroom is dark and quiet
3. Don't eat too much at night
