Some tips to stop overthinking

 


1. Diversion


To stop overthinking, focus on your favorite activities and habits (painting, swimming,gym)


2. Meditation


Choose a quiet place and meditate for 5 to 10 minutes


3. Stay in the present


Focus on your current work, go outside and take a walk (don't spend too much time on your mobile device).


4.Accept yourself


Admit to yourself that this is my character, this is my strength and weakness.(If it can be improved, improve it)


5. deep breath


Practice deep breathing, inhaling and exhaling slowly for 5 minutes
